Pre-Audition Masterclass

LCB runs these Masterclasses to help boost dancers’ confidence and performance skills in advance of the LCB auditions. Some young dancers may have not experienced an audition before or had much live performance opportunity. These Masterclasses will help dancers feel confident about performing and auditioning again, and aid preparation for any other opportunities.

Dancers do NOT have to be auditioning for the LCB production or tour to take part.

Post-Audition Masterclass

LCB holds an annual post-audition Masterclass, led by an industry processional. The Masterclass is offered to children who auditioned for LCB’s production but were not selected. The purpose of this Masterclass is to boost children’s confidence, work on audition technique and presentation skills, learn what audition panels are looking for, and help children to identify what they personally need to work on.

The LCB Masterclass is by invitation only - participation is offered exclusively to children who audition for LCB.
